1. Warranty & Product Coverage

All flooring products sold by Hybrid Vinyl Floors are fully covered under our product warranties. If you experience a product failure, returns may be accepted provided:

  • The issue falls within the very scope of our warranty terms.
  • The Installation Instructions have been correctly followed.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is in the original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • The product is returned with the original packaging, including accessories and documentation.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving the order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not just eligible for returns:

  • Installed, cut, or altered products.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Custom or special-order products.
  • Items damaged due to improper handling post-delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds are processed off to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Shipping fees are always non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect shipments.

Partial Refunds

A partial refund may also be granted at our discretion for items showing minor handling but are still in acceptable condition.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Incorrect Shipments

  • Provide clear images of the product as well as packaging for verification.

6. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the reaponsibility of the buyers unless the return is due to a warranty issue or an incorrect product.
  • Hybrid Vinyl Floors may assist with freight arrangements for bulk returns upon request.
